Edit orders

I have zen cart v1.3.7 and would like to know which version of the edit modification I should install. Do I need to modify all three of the orders.php files as instructed in the readme file? or just the one in the admin folder. Also the files I am downloading for the modification are called edit_orders.php and the change made to the orders.php file says to change filename_orders to filename_order_edit and I am getting a message saying it can't find the file. Please tell me where I am doing wrong thanks

My zen cart was provided to me by the web design company, does that make a difference when I install this mod for editing invoices? I really need help on this problem ASAP. Thank you
