Remove categories from page title

I am setting up a site for someone who wants the page title to remain the same all the time and just display the Store name and tagline.

I looked through the meta tags module and can't figure out if there is an easy way to do this.

I want the category and product names to be listed in the meta keywords, but not on the page title.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

change the template for html_header.php (copy to your custom template folder -> common) and change the title tag to whatever you need...

or echo TITLE.' - '.SITE_TAGLINE;

(these are DEFINED in the meta_tags language file
instead of the metatag...

Thank you so much. I was going crazy trying to figure out which file to edit and completely missed html_header.php.
