Database connection issues

Hey Guys,

All of a sudden I cannot access my site. It brings up a connection problem page however I looked at the configure.php file and everything looks ok. I have changed nothing and the host has changed nothing.

When I try to go to the admin login page I get the error:

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[db_cache table]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.



I am using v 1.3.7

Any help is appreciated.

ok I fixed this issue. I deleted the db user and re-created it and now works fine.

Thank you thank you! I have searched for over an hour for a fix for this same problem! I deleted the db user and re-created it and it worked! Thank you!

Where is the db user located?

I'm experiencing the same thing. But with mine the error goes away and then returns days later (randomly) - of course it happened when we were walking the client through the site. Luckily it corrected itself 5 minutes later after a bunch of refreshing.

Thoughts?
