Width of logo and buttons problem in header !

I've search high and low for this solution and tried various things but none seem to work for my template.

My main page 'stretches' with the width of the browser size (does that make sense ? When you resize your browser window my page shrinks/stretches width wise.) but my big logo does not or my buttons underneath it. Where do I go to put in 100% width or some other solution ??

I'll warn you now its a dreaded template monster.
