Please Help!!!! All My radio Buttons Are Selected

Hi,

I have created attributes for my radio buttons and for some reason they are all selected on my product page..... when i preview the attributes on the attribute controller page they are not all selected.

How can i set up the radio buttons so that they are all unselected and the user can toggle through them? Thank you!!!!

You need to create 1 Option Name, such as:
Option Name: Size
Option Type: Radio or Dropdown

Then you need to create the Option Values for this:
Option Name: Size
Option Value: Small
Default Sort Order: 10

Option Name: Size
Option Value: Medium
Default Sort Order: 20

Option Name: Size
Option Value: Large
Default Sort Order: 30

etc. etc.

Now go to add the Attributes:
Option Name: Size
Option Value: Small

Option Name: Size
Option Value: Medium

Option Name: Size
Option Value: Large

etc. etc.

Then you can click the Update Sort Order and all will be set for that Product ...

Thanks for the update that this was just caused by the learning curve on how to build the Option Names and Option Values properly to setup the Attributes ...

Respectfully, you will get orders for nothing without doing as Ajeh taught me long ago.

The extra she taught me was...

Create Option Value "Please Select..." with an order of 0.

Set the Attribute Flags on "Used For Display Purposes Only:" and "Default Attribute to be Marked Selected:" to Yes.

That way the customer will not be able to order without actually selecting a size.

That was omitted as a teaching tool to see if you were really paying attention, dbltoe ... and would jump in and save us from that dreaded:
"I didn't want a SMALL T-shirt!!! I wanted a LARGE T-shirt!!!"
