Have you tried a different transport method? Perhaps SMTPAUTH?
Is your webserver running Windows or Linux?

I haven't upload my zen cart to the WEBServer square.
My zencart work on my local computer (WINDOWS).
I think it can funtion when i use other MailServer (etc: hotmail.com) .
