Issues with changing Text

I have installed the chinese language pack in my shop and cannot find the file to change the following:

Any idea which file I need to edit?

Try Admin> Configuration> My Store> Store Name

it's not that. Tried this before and name in there is correct.

What would be the php-file to manually edit via ftp?

Anybody an idea?

Wow. Wasn't aware that this was a HUGE image. Anyhow, its difficult now for peops to grasp what I am talking about without a visiual explanation.
