Bug? Error 10413 when using the attribute : One time charge

I get the Error 10413 when using the attribute : One time charge on a product.

When I disable this attribute on the product paypal works perfectly.

The one time charge works on all forms of payment except paypal.

I use the one time charge in addtion to the price of the product.

I have tried over the last 2 weeks to fix this issue concerning the one-time charge attribute and error 10413. I have toggled every admin setting I can think of. I am unfortunately stuck with using the one time charge attribute (no way around it) for this product which is 30% of my stores business.

Is there any way to fix this issue? it has nothing to do with sales tax. Has anyone had a similar issue, using the one time charge attribute and getting error 10413???

Here is my paypal log file: please edit any data if security is in question (XXX)

test Product price $1
One Time Charge : $3.50
One time Charge $ 3.00

Total $8.50

test account is in same state therfore can not override tax inclusion in test, this error pops up without sales tax as a variable.

I have many log file emails...please let me kmow if you require more info...

remember if i disable the one time charge on this product PEC works ok.

That's one of the many log files generated.
It's easier to zip up the log files from the /includes/modules/payment/paypal/logs folder than to try using the emails.

Above is the last log file from /includes/modules/payment/paypal todays date/last test transaction. Do you wish me to zip/post all log files? or PM?

I tested this again today, this time by simply adding a one time charge attribute to my regular general product type, which is basically the default product set up for ZC. It still yields an error.

I tried again since my regular product type requires an address (tax) and changed the Basis of Shipping Tax and Product Tax to store, but it still no luck. The product type I have been testing above is a virtual/combo product so tax/shipping is not a factor as far as I can tell.

To recreate this issue, just add a one time charge attribute and see if you can get through without an error.

Again only paypal yields an error with this attribute, all other payment mods work ok (CC etc) . I have detailed logs I can send you if that is any help.

I'm getting this one now too - have tried to pay with a credit card, on paypal express checkout, with only products and "perweightunit" shipping set to a single price assigned to each item. its the first time I've tried to use a credit card...

Hmmm... so far it only seems to happen using paypal express with a credit card.... didn't get the message when using my [personal] paypal account. something to do with using the same account as the seller perhaps? or just a paypal express glitch...?
