Banner 2 position in header

My test site lozer.co.uk has the ad banner in the header far too high up.
Can anyone give me some guidance how to move it down so it is central in the space under the text.

Sorry to repost this, but just not making any progress here to find out how to move the banner down.

Any help would be appreciated here, before I pull my hair out.
