Can I put a video on homepage?

I was just wondering is there anyway I can put a video on my homepage? I want to put on a small slideshow of my products using Onetruemedia.

Is possible to use define_main page.. access via
admin then tools

Yes, use necessary html to show video/centre
i.e.
