error showing by attributes

Hi all!
I have been using zen cart for a while now and am very pleased! However my site seems to have an error showing on the products page whenever I add the attributes on. You can see it here -

...I have disabled all the other products to not have attributes until I figure out what this is and how to correct it. So far I have fiddled about with all the settings regarding attributes, re uploaded my attributes_contoller.php file, but no changes.
Anybody have any ideas? I have been at this for 4 days now and read through the forums but with no luck so far.

Thanks Kim, I shall give it a try.
At the risk of asking a silly question, which php page would the error most likely be in? the options_values.php or attributes_controller.php or the orders.php?....I am new to php and not sure where to investigate first.
