Remove price and weight from option dropdown

I am trying to remove the (+$2.00)(+2lbs) from products' options. Where would I be able to edit this? So when customers select options for their products, they will just see the product's option..

The dropdowns just seem a little cluttered with the extra info in them.

The weight can be turned off with the Admin setting for the Catalog ... Product Type ... and then select the Product Type and hit the EDIT LAYOUT button ...

Show Attribute Weight
Display Attribute Weight on Product Info 0= off 1= on

In regard to not showing the Attribute Prices ...

As a customer, why would I want to buy from you if the Product is $12.00 and the Attribute is $2.00 but the extra price is hidden and I won't see it until it is already in my shopping cart?

That would make me pack up my credit cards and go elsewhere to shop ...
