When I am making changes or updates to my attributes my modem crashes.

asically, I am going into the attribute controller and into Option Values. I am trying to make adjustments to Option Names and Option Values. None of the names or values are attached to any products yet. When I take an existing attribute ans try to change the Option Name it begins to make the change, but then crashes my modem during the process. I then have to shut down, restart my modem and start all over. Any ideas on how to fix this?
