Default Is it possible? Dynamic attribute value

    Hi there again :)

I was wondering if its possible to have radio buttons, where the default radio button is selected, and for example, the next radio button is +20, and there's another thats +30. Then, when you select the +20, the default radio button changes to -20 and the third button changes to +10 (since it would be $10 more to have that attribute, not +30 anymore.)

I don't know if my description is clear enough Sorry, I'm not very good at describing all the crazy ideas in my head, but an example of it can be found here:

    http://www.alienware.com/customize/a...de=SKU-DEFAULT

If you choose the different attributes, the price next to it changes to reflect the new value.

So, yeah, is there any way to do this or would it involve a lot of coding? :)

Thank you for any and all help,

    Terps

Not in core Zen Cart. It could be done, you're basically just changing the labels dynamnically, but would require a reasonably good knowledge of javascript and would be quite specific to your site. Sounds like it might be one for the commercial help wanted section of the forum.

Ahh yeah, thats what I figured, seems kinda complicated to me Thanks for the advice on the help wanted section, I'll see how much I have to spend then make a post in there. Any idea what a thing like this would cost?

You need to take some bids.

Also please note that if you have anything built for Zen Cart it needs to been under the GPL license and while you can attempt to sell a module, you can not restrict its redistribution and that means your first customer can pay you and then give the code away for free.

Just wanted to post again saying I put in a post for this in the help wanted section (can't remember exactly whats its called.) Only had one offer so far, but it was for the wrong thing :)

Just bumping to see if anyone out there knows anything about this, or knows of someone who is good a javascript :)
