UPS We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.

Hello, i get the error message We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping. we in the checkout for UPS packages.
Maximum weight is set to 150 and i am shipping from the UK wit a UK post code.
How would i switch to the UK as i believe this could be the problem.

UPS does not shipping 150 lb packages, by default ...

What happens if you drop that to 75 or 50?

Also, make sure you are using the UPSXML from the third party software in the Wiki as the one that comes with Zen Cart is for shipping from the US ...

where can i find a ups xml for the uk? can you please be more specific, whats the wiki???

p.s it doesnt work at any shipping weight

On the Top right corner of your screen in the menu is a link to the Wiki ...

Look in the 3rd Party add-ons for the UPSXML for shipping from outside of the US ...

I am setting up a new store and am unable to get UPS rate quotes to work. It seems like a fairly plug-and-play module so I am not sure what to do next to troubleshoot this. I shouldn't have to look into the code at all, right? I'm not afraid to do that but I do not see the need for that with this.

I have set the zip code and country for the store, I have set the max weight for a package... wtf?

Please, somebody, clue me in. If this is a stupid question then fine, but really, what am I supposed to do? Isn't UPS shipping mostly plug-and-play??????
