Customising the Your Account Has Been Created! message

Where can I edit the text in the message that's displayed when a user creates an account ("Your Account Has Been Created!
Congratulations! Your new account has been successfully created! You can now take advantage of member privileges...")?

And can I change the text in the welcome email too?

To answer my own questions:

Edit includes/languages/english/create_account_success.php and save it in includes/languages/english/CUSTOM_TEMPLATE/create_account_success.php

And for the email message, edit includes/languages/english/create_account.php and save it in includes/languages/english/CUSTOM_TEMPLATE/create_account.php
