Dropshipping from multiple locations?

I am considering testing Zen Cart for our business.

We dropship various products from 3 different locations (states), in addition to shipping products from our home office. We use UPS, mostly.

Can Zen Cart calculate shipping (based on weight for two products, and flat-rate for the third) from these 3 locations, in addition to what we ship?

Not without significant modification to the way the shipping modules work - may I suggest you look at the Per Weight Unit module rather than trying to give a "live" UPS quote? Or possibly just pad the shipping weight of the drop shipped items enough to cover the average cost to ship.
