can I have 3 stores with one data base?

I have a showroom that sells 3 different lines. This is what I would like to do. I would like each line to have their own store becuase each lines orders need to come on its own invoice and its own order. But I want my buyer to have the same log in for all 3 shops. Whats the best way to do this?
