Shipping showing up as a U:

Hello
Has anyone seen this problem before and know a fix?
When a person checked out and processed the order. The shipping came up and gave a (u:) in the shipping and didn't calculate the order correctly. Very strange issue.

It has worked properly. This is the first time seeing this, We even tried recreating the order and couldn't get it to do it.

hhmmm - perhaps it was a temporary glitch with the ups servers(?) - keep an eye on things and see if it happens again.
