I have a customer who wants to use Zen, the main question ask me is does the shopping cart allow my customers to input info on ordering such as monogram info or other personalizing info... is this a default ability of Zen Cart or maybe a reasonable add-on, sorry new here to the whole Zen cart so advice and or help on this or a direct to a list of all Zen Cart features other than what was on the main site,,, i may have missed it.... anyways thnaks to any and all help....

Yes. Zencart will allow customers to add information to their orders. At the PRODUCT level, attributes can be set up that provide the customer with features to upload text or images they want to associate with that product.

So, for example, if you are selling T-Shirts and want to allow your customers to send a Photo to print on that T-Shirt, or perhaps some words, they can do this in Zencart.

At the checkout stage, there is also an opportunity for customers to add a message to their order, such as "If I am not at home, please deliver the parcel to the neighbour"
