Moving 'add to cart' button & aligning attribute drop-downs

Can someone tell me how to move the 'add to cart' button closer to the attribute drop-downs?

For example: http://www.queerrepublictees.com/ind...products_id=32

See how far the 'add to cart' button is pushed down?

Also I would like to left-justify the attribute drop-downs so it doesn't look so messy.
