I'm having the same problem EXCEPT the admin emails come in HTML and anything sent to the customer comes text. In all cases, I have the mime HTML set to true and I am the customer with HTML emails selected. In this case, I wouldn't think it could be the email server as the admin ones arrive in HTML everytime...it's just the customer's emails that don't. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Any help with my issue? Admin emails show up fine, customer emails show up text only despite selecting html on their end and having mime html set on mine.....

If you turn on Email Archiving and then use the Email Archive Viewer addon, what format does it record the emails being sent in?
