My Order Confirmation emails have Copyright (c) 2008 My Store Name. Powered by Zen Cart down near the bottom. Which is how I want it.
My Order Update emails are not right, they have Copyright (c) 2008 Zen Cart. Powered by Zen Cart
I have looked for hours and can't find out which file I have to edit so my store name is displayed in the copyright part on the Order Update emails.
Can anybody help me?

I forgot to mention that I have tried editing and upload the email_extras.php file. When I upload that file to my custom folder, it stops the site from loading.

The two email_extras.php files are where you need to make the edits.
If your site stops loading after making the edits, then you've made PHP syntax errors in the file.
