Change contents of Nav Bar at bottom of page

Spent about 3 hours trying to figure out where to make these changes. I have used the Developers toolbox, wingrep to no avail.

Would like to remove links in the information side box and put the links in the links box at the bottom of the page where it says: HOME MY ACCOUNT PRIVACY NOTICE etc. - just above the footer info. Would also like to change the name PRIVACY NOTICE to PRIVACY POLICY but I have used every tool I can think of and can't find where to make the change.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

To swap out or move EZ Page links:
Tools > EZ Pages

Then click in the lines next to each EZ page listing to define if they should be in the footer, header, sidebox etc and if they should be on or off. Red or Green status.

To change the footer link text

includes > language > english.php

Look for > define('BOX_INFORMATION_PRIVACY', 'Privacy Notice')

simply change the text to 'Privacy Policy'
