Return Authorization Module

Hi All

I have been through this forum and have not found a solution for my problem. I originally had the RMA module on my website and it worked fine. I setup a new server and am now using Leopard Server 10.5. I have checked the installation of the module at least 15 times. Checking each directory and so on. When you click on the link Return Information all that comes up is a blank page with the normal boxes on the left side but no boxes on the right side and nothing in the middle. I am using the latest version which I believe is 2.2.2. Help

try downloading this mod and check the log it creates for the type of error you are getting.

That way I can try to correct the problem.

Hi Thanks for the reply. Here is the errors I am getting. I checked the ones that say file is missing and those files are actually there. Thanks again

I tried as you suggested and completely removed the RA module and reinstalled. Unfortunetly it is doing the exact same thing

As I said, it seems to be looking for one or two missing files but since those files are located where they should be, I'm not sure what the problem might be.

If the FTP problem was corrected I might be able to check a bit further.

PM me if you find a solution to the FTP problem.

I was able to get it working I had to change th file permissions on all of the module files. One last question.What should the file permissions be for those files? Thanks again

on my server they are set at 644
