Authorize.net AIM and Internet Secure

Hello,
I have had no luck getting the Internet Secure Merchant Direct Gateway mod to work. I spoke with Internet Secure and they said that the Authorize.net AIM payment module will work with Internet Secure but they will not supply me with any help. They claim you update the change the url and add in your IS merchant # and it will work.

I did that and it returns errors and Internet Secure said they do not support it so they will not help.

Where to turn?

Any advice/help is appriciated.

The error is a Security Hash error. I tried using my merchant acct # as the hash, tried using no hash and tried remarking the line out in authroize_aim.php. No luck. Any way to disable the MD5 hash and transaction key from transmitting?

Thank you. Couldn't find that post. Even still, now no hashing errors but everytime I enter a credit card I get "Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or contact us for further assistance." but there is no reason shown. I looked in the code and it seems it is being declined, no matter which credit card I use.

Once again, InternetSecure support line refuses to help me (even though they claim they support Auth.Net Emulation).

I noticed you (Dr. Byte) wrote the AIM payment module so I was hoping maybe you would have some idea on this?

If you turn on debug logging, what do the logs say?

I have enabled Debug to log in the Admin > Payment Modules and have run some transacations that failed. Where do I find the log?

I looked in authorize_aim.php but could not find a location.

Resolved... GoDaddy uses a proxy to send secure cUrl calls... code needed to be added to php.ini and IP sent to InternetSecure... orginal and Authorize.net mod working now (using IS Merchant Direct mod though)....

SUPER shout out to Flipside for patience and work on this one...
