product description box problem

product description box problem

When I add html tags to my product description and click preview everything displays as I want it to. So I click "update" like a good goober. Then when I view the updated page in my browser I find all of the html has been ignored. Anyone have any idea why this would happen?

Are you using the HTML editor built in to Zencart, or are you adding the tags manually? I edit the HTML in product descriptions manually, and have never had a problem with them not working.

You're refreshing your browser like a good goober too, right?
