Order Total Not Calculating Coupon

Hi there -

I'm on v1.3.8 now and for some reason my coupons on not being calculated in the totals anymore. This is what happens at checkout:

Sub-Total: $60
Discount Coupon: -$6.00
USPS 2-Day: $5.60
CA TAX 7.25%: $3.92
City Tax 1.25%: $0.75
Total: $70.27

The total SHOULD subtract the coupon amount and be $64.27


The coupon order has not been changed and they have worked for me in the past. Here is my coupon setup:

Coupon Name :: TEST
Coupon Amount :: 10.0000%
Start Date :: 09/16/2008
End Date :: 09/30/2008
Uses per Coupon :: Unlimited
Uses per Customer :: 1
Valid Product List :: --none--
Valid Categories List :: Restrictions Apply
Date Created :: 09/16/2008
Date Modified :: 09/16/2008

Coupon Zone Restriction: :: 0

Okay folks, help??!! It's still doing it and I now have a huge promotion that has launched to 1.3MM people. Would hate to have to fix this by myself on the backend. I have scoured the forum and checked bug fixes. Nothing. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Hi,

Can you post the sort orders for all your order total modules, as well as the global settings you have for Discount coupons.

I also note, that you have a Category restriction on the coupon. Do all the products that make your $60 total, fall within this restriction?

I am having a similar problem -- my client's coupons are adding to the order total instead of subtracting. Everything is correct under configuration. Can someone give me an idea of where to look in the coding?

again, a list of the order total sort orders, and the configuration settings you have for the discount coupon module will help.


Plus your Zen Cart version and some sample output from checkout showing the Discount coupon being added.
