What a turn-off! Sideboxes issue.

I hope some of you Zen-gurus can help me. I'm having trouble turning my sideboxes on/off (from the admin panel). Instead of the usual green & red buttons, I have this:

ON & OFF is just text - can't click on it. What could be wrong and how can I fix it? I appreciate your help guys.

Click the left/right column status "off" radio button

Tina, my Left/Right Column Status doesn't have any button next to it - it words ON and OFF. There is a small 'i' button on the far right if that's what you meant - but that just shows me the info. Any other ideas? Thanks.

The image you posted shows radio buttons (one green) next to Off on Left/Right and Yes on Single Column.

Those are the ones Tina's talking about.

Oh, that's the Edit button (green with an 'e'). It takes me into the 'Edit Box' screen on far right that's open in the capture.

Now that I look at it, the sideboxes that are indicated as 'ON' aren't even appearing on the site! I really don't know what happened.

There's a circle next to the words on and off. Click on that circle. There's no letter in it. It will fill with a dot.
