Help needed - download product attributes

Can anyone help me,

I have made a downloadable product using the Zen Manual for my website, and it has worked fine right up to the last screen where the statement after purchase says:

To download your files click the download button and choose "Save to Disk" from the popup menu.

That download button link is not appearing the URL is listed but no button. I am using a custom template for my website.

I think it may a attribute thing but this i my first downloadble product and the manual has no more info for this particular problem.

Can anyone let me know which step i may of have missed?

When you are in ADMIN and you select DOWNLOADS MANAGER from the CATALOG menu. Is there anything listed?

I just looked at your site and noticed that you are able to select multiple products and go to checkout. If you have a download attribute setup for a product it will usually show ...see more in place of the box to enter the qty's.

You need to make sure you have your downloadable file uploaded into the downloads folder. Also you need to Media Types in the Extras menu (admin). and specify the type of files. Option Names and Option Values should also be setup using Options Name Manager and Options Value Manager in the Catalog menu (admiN) . Then for each product that has a download attached to it you need to use the Attributes Controller to assign a file.
