Firefox Redirect Loop

Is there any reason why I get a Firefox Redirect Loop error page when I log into our store with one customer account, but not with another? It almost seems that if they have certain items in their shopping cart, this error comes up when they try to proceed to the checkout screen. I have no idea why it happens but thought I'd throw it out there for ideas.

It's weird. We have two items in the shopping cart:

4 x Item A
1 x Item B

When you try to proceed to the shopping cart with these quantities, it gets the firefox redirect loop error.

NOW - If you were to change the quantity so that it looks like this:

5 x Item A
1 x Item B

...then it will WORK!

Why is that? It's like the number 4 quantity with this item will not let you proceed to the checkout area!

I am desparate to find a solution for this. I only get the error when using Fast Easy Checkout. When that is disabled and the extra_configure file is removed, all items work fine in shopping cart.

Any tips are greatly appreciated.

I too still have this problem, and we also have the fast and easy checkout module. I have no solution for this at this time, but I can reproduce it if anyone wants to take a stab at it.

Post it in the module support thread, the author should be able to give better help.

Will do. Just to add one last thing, whatever the problem, it appears like it may be tied into weight. I went to checkout with two specific items, and it gave me the Firefox Redirect Error page. I then changed the weight on one of the items from 0.35 to 0.45, and then it let me checkout. WEIRD!
