default upload directory

Hello, I've got a quick question regarding product entry into the catalog. I'm setting up a store for a client who sells popcorn. All of their images are going to be of popcorn and I want to put all uploaded images into the 'popcorn' folder. When adding a new product, is there any way to force the drop down menu to default to the 'popcorn' folder instead of 'Main Directory'? Also, is is possible to delete all the other directories that are shown in that drop down list?

To remove the directories from the list you will need to physically delete them (maybe via FTP). However, some directories are required in order for Zen Cart to function correctly.
