I would like a way to print out all of my customer data from my Zencart store (customer names, addresses, emails). Is there a way to do this, or is there an add-on that would allow me to dump the info into a document or spreadsheet?

I would like to eventually upgrade my site to the newest version (I am currently running 1.2.5). I am scared to death that I'll lose my customer data if I upgrade so I'd like a way to back up the info. I will have to do a clean install and start from scratch. Any advice here would be helpful as well. I am using Easy Populate for my products, so I have an easy way to back up my products.
