I have a problem with orders not coming through to zen cart. One customer paid with check and I didn't receive the order through zen cart and had no idea an order was placed until I receive the check in the mail. 2 orders were through paypal and I received an email that an order was placed but nothing showed up in zencart admin. I asked the person if they received a page of being timed out and they did not. I called godaddy to ask about time outs and they said the customer would have received a time out error during the order process and would know the order did not go through if it was a time out issue from the host. I'm not sure what to do next. Can anyone help me with this? I have received order via check payment since this has happened and did not have any problems.
