error after putting up flash header

Hi! I really need some help urgently. :)

I finally managed to put up my flash header a couple of weeks ago.. and i realised my links in the header are gone. as in, the first 5 links automatically link to my website in page. according to my friend, he can view it perfectly in firefox. it doesnt work for IE though. help anyone? :) let me know if you need any codes to see.

as site does not look correct in Firefox 3.
