I have to tell you first that my English is very basic.

I have a problem and I hope somebody can help me.

The shop isn't online yet for costumers.

I made a new article (precisions UV) in a category (maandlenzen). When somebody want's to buy this item, he/she must select a correction of course and also a BCR/Radius/Kromming (here you can see an example). For the lens, in the example, the correction is the same for every BCR/Radius/...

But for the Precisions UV, it isn't. So I have the know how I have to do this. I need to know how I install an option, when somebody choose a correction, only the available BCR/Rad.. is showing.

There are several products where I have to do this

In Zen Cart such options are called "product attributes". There's a helpful article in the FAQ, explaining how to set them up.

I already know about this options, but the problem is.
I have the same article (precisions uv) with different options.

a) correction
b) BCR

The correction are (for example) +6.00 to -15.00 and the BCR is 8.4, 8.7 and 9.1.
When I take a correction -10.00 I also have to choose wich BCR I need, but, this correction only exists in 8.7.
But when I take a correction (for example) -2.00, this correction exists in BCR 8.4 and 8.7 and I have to choose between these 2 options.

How do I have to install this.

Now I always have the possibilities between the 3 options BCR/Krommin.....

What you are describing are "dependent attributes". These are not currently supported by Zen Cart. Indeed, I don't know of any cart that supports them natively. This would normally require custom development, especially for a requirement as specific as that which you have outlined.
