I need to:

- get rid of the Zen Cart banner at the bottom of the page.
- get rid of the row of links (Home, Categories, Information...). We just want the different categories for the links.
- get rid of the Home and Log In links across the top.
- Change the grey color in the right column.

How do you change these or get rid of them?
