The program comes with an advertisement for the estart instruction book in the right side box. I bought the book but did not find anywhere in it that explained how to change the content in that box. Can anyone tell me where it is?

In your ADMIN CONSOLE, there are two areas you will need to look at:
Layout Boxes Controller
Banner Manager
Play around there for a bit and you'll figure it out.
(If you disable the banner(s) it/they will not appear.)
