Counter History for last 10 recorded days

I have read other threads on this subject, did not see an answer to mine.
My problem is I end up with two days being updated at the same time see below, today is 09/23/2008, tomorrow has appeared, but to day is up dating quicker.
Counter History for last 10 recorded days Session - Total
09/24/2008 1 - 10
09/23/2008 211 - 272

The correct time for my location Wed, 24 Sep 2008 18:01:04 +0100GMT

and there is now

09/25/2008 1 - 1
09/24/2008 159 - 214

I have never seen this happen nor has it been reported before ...

Have you observered this at certain times of the day when this occures?

Its has now stopped to day,
I had Featured scroller sidebox for Zen-Cart v1.3* active.
Worked in Firefox, checked it in explorer and the featured items appeared on top of web page in a column.
I then deactivated it this morning.
On my server its a new day and the counter has moved on.
I have not touch anything else......I think........
