Enabling SSL after installation

your admin config file...error
i.e.

define('ENABLE_SSL_ADMIN', 'false');

should be

define('ENABLE_SSL_ADMIN', 'true');

Your are linking to a site/url OUTSIDE realms of your
SSL cert...remove that code...try again.

I'll remove it but it was doing the same thing before I put that code there.

Awww...now, aren't you smart! Thanks so much! I guess that was it. I probably made the configure changes and the statcounter changes at the same time.

Do you know if it's possible to put some sort of counter in the code and if so where would I put it?

Pleased to hear that sorted your problem...
If you try putting any code that is not on your own domain
and covered by SSL cert, then you will experience same
problem that you have just rectified...
Suggest you use stats contained in zencart admin..

Actually, the admin SSL is working great. I get the following message when trying to log on as a shopper....

  There was a security error when trying to login.

Try logging on as me...
