Question and Answer on the Product page itself

Hi,

I would like to allow my customers to ask questions on the product page itself. And I would also like to reply there. So end of the day, both the questions and answers appear on the product page itself.

One way I can think of is to make use of the existing review module. Instead of calling it "review", I can call it Questions/Answer for example.

But is there a mod or something out there which I could make use of?

What if 100 customers ask a question at the same time for a specific product? Will you want 100 questions and their related answers appearing on the product page?

The function (seems to me) is impractical. Far better to just guide users to "Contact Us" where they can field their specific question to you in private, and which requires no more effort on your part to reply (also in private).

as close as possible

to fairestcape: yes, if there is a 1000 questions on the same product page, i am happy to answer them too. : )
