sales on gift certificates

Is it possible to discount gift certificates? I tried it and couldn't get it to work. Then I tried it w/specials and it did discount it but the total amount available to me afterward was the discounted amount and not the full regular amount.

Thanks for the reply, I think. You should've read the entire article which says, " buying gift vouchers (value = $100) with discounted gift vouchers (cost = $90)."

It's NOT possible to buy GVs/certificates using gift certificates to pay for them w/Zen Cart.
