On the Checkout - Step 1 :: Payment Method - Step 2 page the Totals are showed as (for example):-

Sub-Total: $312:22
Flat Rate (Best Way): $0.00
All Zones: $38.78
Total: $349.00

I wish to change the "All Zones" entry to read "GST (NZ only)"
How can I do this?
If the text "All Zones" is from an entry that I made in Admin, I can't find where from or where I change it.
