EZ-Page Links to display in header.

I recently downloaded / setup a template from http://ichoze.net/Academe/ and one of the steps says:

Please make sure that you have the EZ-Pages Header "On" and have EZ-Page links set to display in the header.

By doing this I am supposed to get the links that are present at the top that show:

Home| New Products| Shopping Cart| Privacy Notice| Shipping Info| Site Map

I was wondering if some one could tell me how to do this and how to possibly get the links at the bottom up and going like it had shown at the bottom:

* Home
* :: My Account :: Site Map :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Action DVDs

Any help is appreciated. I'm very new to Zen Cart and have been working with it for just a few weeks trying to work out all the bugs and this is one of the last things I need to work out.
