A second blank sidebox...

First off thanks to everyone that has been helping me get my store installed.

I have installed the blank sidebox module and have that working but now I need another one.

I;ve not tried yet as I wanted to run it past someone first, do I just rename the module folder to blank_sidebox2 and put that in as is or is there deeper code changes that need to happen in CSS?

Just look at the instructions in the readme for this contrib.
You have to rename all instances of blank_sidebox and BLANK_SIDEBOX with the name for your new sidebox, e.g. new_sidebox and NEW_SIDEBOX.
Turn on in admin --> tools --> boxes layout controller
