files have been fixed.

there was not a big error. just that the wrong file had been changed.

atleast acording to the overwride system in Zen Cart.

After the lovely help I received from brekke00 I thought I'd share that the blank page solution was resolved not by just altering the includes/languages/english/custom/header.php
But, in altering
includes/languages/english/classic/header.php
and
includes/languages/english/header.php
at least in my case.
He offered amazing assistance here, in a situation that left me feeling like ripping my hair out.
From what I'm gauging, it looks like there may be cross talk from the different files if they don't work in sync with the same information and you end up with a blank page.
So, altering for your custom page only for header.php seems to leave the shopping cart, tell a friend, and account sign up at the very least with blank pages when you try to do anything with them.

Well I replaced the copy of english.php with a backup version at its working...

The only changes I made to this though was change the DOB format !!

Had the same problem but replaced english.php and t is fine now thanks
