My company had our online store outsourced to another company who created this online store using Zen Cart. After they were finished they just dropped this store in my lap without any instruction, so I'm pretty new to Zen Cart so please bear with me as this question may sound a little simple. I've been successful in creating an HTML Newsletter, but my problem is that when I try to view a text only newsletter all I get is a disclaimer at the bottom and NOT the text that I entered. Any help would be much appreciated.
