Upgraded, can't receive e-mails. Why? Help!

After I upgrade to 1.3.8 I don't receive e-mail anymore. These are my settings:

I can send e-mails, but not receive. I'm not getting order confirmations either... Help! This goes for the "contact us" page to. It reads message sent, but nothing comes...

Okay, after some forum searching I installed the "Email archive manager" This appears on one of them, this is supposed to go to the order confirmation e-mail:

Those TEXT_EMAIL_xxxxx references appear to be constants that should be defined in one or more of your PHP files, and several of them appear to be non-standard Zen Cart. I suspect you've missed upgrading some of your language files, or didn't fully merge your customizations into the upgraded files.

I was not the one doing the upgrade so I can't give you any feeback regarding that. I've managed to send and receive e-mail on one of my accounts, but "contact us" don't work and I don't receive copies of order confirmations and neither does my customers.... I don't know what to do...?

I dont know if your case is same as mine, but this is the way that I sorted same problem for myself that could not receive emails.

I logged into my cpanel, and checked the email, the quota of the email account has 10MB, but the account has been used 10MB, so I changed the space size of that account to 100MB, then it works, I started receiving emails.

Maybe you could have a try.

You should be removing emails from this account as they are read...
Can be by using a local email client like OutLook xpress or another that when the email is downloaded to your local desktop it is removed from the server.
