Upgraded, can't receive e-mails. Why? Help!

I logged into my cpanel, and checked the email, the quota of the email account has 10MB, but the account has been used 10MB, so I changed the space size of that account to 100MB, then it works, I started receiving emails.

You should be removing emails from this account as they are read...
Can be by using a local email client like OutLook xpress or another that when the email is downloaded to your local desktop it is removed from the server.

So, any leads? I tried sending e-mail manually from the e-mail accounts that receives order confirmations and it worked. So why can't my customeres receive and why don't I get a copy?

Okay, problem solved. I changed to SMTP Auth (and filled in what's needed) and suddenly everything' s alright
