Does anyone know if the Credit Card Offline Processing Module accepts American Express cards? I thought it did but a customer was having trouble and she is the first one to complain so, I was just curious if I didn't do something correctly.

Do you have AmEx enabled in Admin->Configuration->Credit Cards?
